I've made sushi 2 times this month..Never tried before, it ws the first time.
Haven't reach there yet..Just trying to do it better each time..

I put crab stick, pan fried egg (mix with flour,sugar,salt), cheese & cream cheese (my second sister invented). I just mix whatever i want..Try different kind of style.
I didn't us Japanese rice, but i just use ordinary rice and add slightly more water to cook the rice, so that the rice are wet. Add vinegar (I use little apple vinegar-try to act clever), salt & sugar. I mix those flavor together, then pour into the hot rice. Leave about 10 minutes before pouring the flavoured mix in.
MIX MIX MIX, let the flavour covers the rice, try to taste the rice whether it suit our taste or not..
Put mixed rice on the seaweed, & roll over with the flat roll-able bamboo..
DONE!!!
